Dynamo Pool Management recruits individuals for our summer and year round locations from local high schools and colleges. We pride ourselves on recruiting the “best of the best” in lifeguards, any who train with Dynamo or who already have several years of experience. Dynamo Pool Management is able to provide your facility with trained and supported guards who have the skills to effectively manage your pool and oversee the safety of your patrons.

Open House Interviews

We are hosting a OPEN HOUSE for interviews this month! We are inviting anyone 15 years or older to bring or send any family members, friends, or school mates who would be interested in working as a lifeguard this summer with Dynamo Pool Management! BONUS is if you bring a friend and the friend or friends get hired YOU will receive a GAS GIFT CARD!!! We will be hosting two events - one at our Chamblee location and one at the Alpharetta location.
