Mike Cotter is the director of Dynamo Pool Management and has over 18 years of experience managing aquatic facilities. He earned a Masters degree in Public Administration and grew up in the Atlanta area. Mike is in charge of the overall management of the company and has the following certifications: American Red Cross: WSI (IT)-water safety instructor (instructor trainer), LGI (IT)- lifeguard instructor (instructor trainer), CPROI (IT)- CPR for the professional rescuer instructor (instructor trainer), F.AidI (IT)- first aid instructor (instructor trainer), National Swimming Pool Foundation: CPO- Certified Pool Operator, SwimAmerica: certified instructor, and is a member of the National Parks and Recreation Association, USA Swimming, and the American Swimming Coaches Association.

Andreous Smith has over 10 years of experience in managing aquatic facilities He assists with recruiting, training, customer service, lifeguard supervision, and repairs. Andreous grew up in the Atlanta area and was a year round competitive swimmer. He brings an engineering background to the company and holds the following certifications: American Red Cross: WSI -water safety instructor, LGI - lifeguard instructor, CPROI -CPR for the professional rescuer instructor F.AidI- first aid instructor, National Swimming Pool Foundation: CPO- certified pool operator, SwimAmerica: certified instructor. Andreous has been with the company since its inception.

Kevin Thompson is beginning his fifth year with the company and is one of our regional supervisors. He has over 8 years of life guarding experience as well as pool manager experience. Kevin is a certified in American Red Cross lifeguard training, CPRO and first aid.

Tennent Simpson is beginning his fifth year with the company as one of our regional supervisors. He has over 8 years of aquatic and facilities management experience. Tennent is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and swam for Villanova and Virginia Commonwealth and still participates in Masters swimming. He holds the following certifications: American Red Cross: LGI - lifeguard instructor, CPROI -CPR for the professional rescuer instructor, F.AidI- first aid instructor, National Swimming Pool Foundation: CPO- Certified Pool Operator, SwimAmerica: certified instructor.

Donna McIntosh is our swim lesson director and has played a vital role in the growth of our lesson program. Donna is responsible for the overall management of the lesson program. She is a graduate of Mississippi State and a former schoolteacher. She is a certified lesson director and has earned her American Swimming Coaches Association Level II coaching status. She is also certified in American Red Cross lifeguard training, CPRO and first aid. Her primary concerns are the safety of our students and the effectiveness of the instructional program in teaching swimmers to be safe and competent in the water.

Connie Martin is our director of sales and marketing. She is a graduate of University of Central Florida and received her Masters in Business Administration at Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College in Orlando. Connie brings with her a wide array of experience she has gained from owning a children's retail business for 7 years.
