![]() Mike Cotter is the CEO of Dynamo Pool Management and has over 20 years of experience managing aquatic facilities. Mike has earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration and grew up in the Atlanta area. Mike is in charge of the overall management of the company and has the following certifications: American Red Cross: WSI (IT)-water safety instructor (instructor trainer), LGI (IT)- lifeguard instructor (instructor trainer), CPROI (IT)- CPR for the professional rescuer instructor (instructor trainer), F.AidI (IT)- first aid instructor (instructor trainer), Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP): CPO - certified pool operator, SwimAmerica: certified instructor and a member of the National Parks and Recreation Association, USA Swimming, and the American Swimming Coaches Association. Andreous Smith has over 12 years of experience in managing aquatic facilities Andreous grew up in the Atlanta area and was a year round competitive swimmer. He brings an engineering background to the company. He is a certified electrician and holds the following certifications; American Red Cross: WSI -water safety instructor, LGI - lifeguard instructor, CPROI -CPR for the professional rescuer instructor F.AidI- first aid instructor, National Swimming Pool Foundation: CPO- certified pool operator, SwimAmerica: a certified instructor. Andreous has been with the company since its inception. Kevin Thompson is beginning his ninth year with the company and is one of our regional supervisors. He has over 8 years of life guarding experience as well as pool manager experience. Kevin is a certified in American Red Cross lifeguard training, CPRO and first aid and Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) CPO - certified pool operator. Pete Holland is beginning his third year with the company as one of our regional supervisors and has been employed with the Dynamo organization for over seven years. Pete has over 10 years of lifeguard experience as well as head lifeguard experience. He is certified in American Red Cross lifeguard training, CPRO, first aid, and is a certified instructor in these areas as well, Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) CPO - certified pool operator. Beth Costello is beginning her second year with the company as our swim lesson director and has played a vital role in the growth of our lesson program. Beth is responsible for the overall management of the lesson program. She is certified in American Red Cross lifeguard training, CPRO, first aid. Her primary concerns are the safety of our students and the effectiveness of the instructional program in teaching swimmers to be safe and competent in the water. Michelle Cotter is beginning her third year with the company and handles our human resources responsibilities. She coordinates staff recruiting, candidate interviews and staff scheduling. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and received a Bachelor degree in International Business and Marketing. Edie Wunderlich is beginning her ninth year with the company and manages our accounts payables and receivables. She has been with the Dynamo organization for over twenty years and her son, Eric was a member of the 1996 USA Olympic Swim Team and competed in the Atlanta Olympic Games. |
